Ins:

  • Making active choices for the betterment of my life
  • Taking the time to be in touch with myself and to learn the path I want to work towards
  • Academic achievements in a healthy way 90% of the time becuase its just as important not to force anything on myself
  • Consistency
  • Office Hours  
  • Personal forgiveness when I do poorly on something or mess up on what I know
  • Setting goals
  • Acclimating to the differences of a college academic environment
  • Remembering it is ok to not be the smartest or highest achieving person in the room but taking the time to celebrate when you are
  • Meeting myself academically where I’m at and accepting that

Outs:

  • Putting so much pressure on myself that I crack
  • BURNOUT!!!!
  • Procrasinating
  • Bad study habits
