Ins:
- Making active choices for the betterment of my life
- Taking the time to be in touch with myself and to learn the path I want to work towards
- Academic achievements in a healthy way 90% of the time becuase its just as important not to force anything on myself
- Consistency
- Office Hours
- Personal forgiveness when I do poorly on something or mess up on what I know
- Setting goals
- Acclimating to the differences of a college academic environment
- Remembering it is ok to not be the smartest or highest achieving person in the room but taking the time to celebrate when you are
- Meeting myself academically where I’m at and accepting that
Outs:
- Putting so much pressure on myself that I crack
- BURNOUT!!!!
- Procrasinating
- Bad study habits
