Ins:

• Taking on leadership roles even though its scary
• Hanging out with my big who is literally the coolest to ever exist!!
• Becoming closer with my PC regardless of who they are
• Going to other sororities and fraternities date parties
• Utilizing the resources that are right in front of me!
• Using the house for what it offers to me as the privilege it is
• Chapter dinner
• Posting in the photo circle
• Reaching out to other sisters and not being discouraged if they say no
• Being close with my big/pham
• Being involved/participating and showing up to events

Outs:

• Being worried I could be thought of as lame for participating or caring
• Over analyzing who I bring to date parties
• Freezing instead of reaching out to important people to me
• Over analyzing and freaking out about what I wear to date parties
