Let’s be so for real – every one of us sees that ‘first of the month’ roll around every 30 or so days and decides that this next month will be our month of change and a slate of things we are working on or are now doing. Born out of an idea I first implemented on my own finsta, once a week on every Sunday, I compile ten slides of photos from that previous week that recount and sum up my week best – therefore, when combining these thought processes, that was where the idea for these monthly entries came from!
Only rules are simple:
1. I never have to hold myself to these things – they are mearly an outline for how I would like to see my future go and what I want for myself as well as a socio emotional check in
2. All Ins & Outs are new things/ideas/beliefs/intentions that I feel strongly about for that month and they can’t repeat from list to list (ex: focusing on my hair health is always an In but I am only listing the intention once because so once something is In then it’s In forever till it’s Out)
